Penza policemen awarded for fire extinguishing

Penza, 24 April 2012. PenzaNews. Inspectors of “Kuznetsk” traffic police office of Interior Ministry of Russia Andrey Ponemasov and Alexey Isayev were awarded for participation in elimination of the fire which happened in a house in Stary Kryazhim village on March 29.
“Thankful letters to police officers were handed over by the head of Kuznetsky area administration Valery Kostin and the deputy chief of the second group of Federal fire service for the Penza region Vladislav Gorskov,” reported propaganda group of Office of Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for the region.
According to representatives of the department, inspectors noticed ignition, informed a call center and started evacuation of the inhabitants.
“It was established later that there was a gas cylinder which could blow up. And the flame was so high that tops of electric columns lit up,” reported in propaganda group.
