Vladimir Holzinev again heads regional office of Afghanistan Veterans Union

Penza, 1 May 2012. PenzaNews. A veteran of Afghanistan war and counter-terrorist operation in the Chechen republic, a member of Public chamber of the Penza region Vladimir Holzinev was re-elected as the chairman of the regional organization “Russian Union of Afghanistan Veterans.”

It was decided during the ninth report-back election conference.

Additionally, participants of the conference summed up activity of the social organization in 2011 and elected new board members.
