Zarechny, 5 May 2012. PenzaNews. The administration of Zarechny of the Penza region made the decision to ban installation of seasonal beer stalls in a residential zone of the city.

“It is connected with numerous citizens’ complaints on noise and drunk visitors of the stalls,” explained the head of Communications Department of Zarechny Tatyana Saltsova.

According to the spokeswoman, local businessmen supported the decision of administration.

“When the weather will be hot, beer and shish kebab (shashlik) stalls will be placed in a recreation area “Solnechny” on the outskirts of the city. Besides, about five summer outdoor grounds are open at stationary cafes and restaurants,” informed Tatyana Saltsova.
