Penza, 5 May 2012. PenzaNews. The fourth motor rally “By Fathers’ Road,” dedicated to the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, started in Zarechny of the Penza region.

It is planned that within three days the representatives of youth organizations will visit Rzhev, Vyazma, Gagarin and Borodino.

According to the chief specialist of Zarechny department of culture and youth policy Evgeny Shelkovoy, the first three cities were included in the route because of their involvement in Great Patriotic War operations.

“It would be unpatriotic to drive by and not to visit Borodino fight site in a year of 200 anniversary of this fight,” added Evgeny Shelkovoy.

According to him, on May 7 the participants of the motor rally will return to Zarechny and on May 9 they will take part in the festive procession devoted to the Victory Day.
