Penza, 11 May 2012. PenzaNews. Farewell Bell celebration for Penza school students will take place in Penza on May 25. According to the order signed by deputy chief of a municipal department of education Natalia Sadovnikova, all solemn celebrations will start at 10.00 Moscow time in all Penza schools. Moreover, school headmasters were ordered to take personal responsibility for the lives and health of students while traveling outside the city in the afternoon.

According to the order, explanatory work with pupils, teachers and parents will be organized to prevent juvenile delinquency.

“Administration, tutors and members of parental committees are obliged to organize duty and provide a medic and a law enforcement officer at Farewell Bell day,” reported the city department of education of Penza.

“Drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden for students, their parents and guests,” summarized in the department.
