Penza, 11 May 2012. PenzaNews. 33% of Penza residents are satisfied with roads condition according to poll which was held by the Center of Strategic Researches of Rosgosstrakh in 2012. According to the company press service, they have been studying residents’ attitude towards road surface condition annually since 2008; more than 10 660 respondents took part in present research. So, 39% respondents in Penza were satisfied with the road condition in 2008, in 2009 this indicator was 51%, in 2010 — 47%, in 2012 it fell to 33%.

Answering the question “How do you estimate work of road services in your city” 40% of respondents answered “good” and 58% considered it “satisfactory.”

81% considered that city public transport works satisfactory and 77% of Penza residents consider the work of traffic police “good”.

As a whole, Kemerovo, Chelyabinsk and Tyumen are the leaders of roads quality survey. Residents of Rostov-on-Don, Ryazan and Volgograd gave the worst estimates of road condition.

Residents of Izhevsk, Tyumen and Naberezhnye Chelny gave the highest estimation of work of traffic police, the lowest estimations was in Samara, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar.
