PenzaNews. 150 specialists, including adjusters of iron-concrete constructions, steel fixers, carpenters, concreters, electric and gas welder, road workers and also highly qualified specialists, such as job superintendents, superintendent engineers and chief of building and assembly works are required for work without delays on the objects which are under construction to 350th anniversary of Penza.

“Penza anniversary is soon and the regional philharmonic hall, a cinema and a concert hall, Bauman overpass, reconstructed Center of culture and leisure and other objects become the main gifts to residents. Construction is conducted in extremely short time. There is high level of hardware, good material and production bases. However, the main problem is a shortage of staff,” the project manager, the deputy director of the company contractor Grigory Kosheev declared during a briefing in the government of the Penza region on Friday, May 11.

“Official salary from 15 thousand to 45 thousand rubles, registration according to Labour code of the Russian Federation, contribution to social funds is offered to workers. Besides, all necessary conditions are created for workers. The hostel is provided for residents from areas and other regions. Employees have the right to receive a privilege for housing acquisition. There are free hot dinners at some construction sites. All workers are delivered by office transport,” added Grigory Kosheev.

According to the head of the department of town planning of the region Gennady Popov, there are some agreements with summertime students’ groups to solve the problems.

According to the press service of the regional government, now there is already an agreement with Penza regional office of All-Russia public organization “Russian Students’ Groups”.

“There is job with decent salary in Penza. We do not want people to leave for Moscow. Construction companies of the region are ready to offer good workplaces,” emphasized Gennady Popov.
