Penza, 11 May 2012. PenzaNews. The international scientific and practical conference “Freedom of Conscience in Russian and World” will take place in the Penza region on September 24–27. The representatives of Belarus, Ukraine, Japan, the USA and regions of Russia will take part in it.

According to the press service of the regional government, teachers of educational institutions, Russian and foreign experts, civil and municipal servants, representatives of mass media, religious, human rights, scientific and other public associations are invited to the conference.

“Different questions, such as “Religion, State and Society in XXI century”, “Freedom of Conscience as an Element of Institute of Human Rights: History and Present,” “Historical Aspects of State and Confessional Relations in Russia and Abroad” and “Models of State and Confessional Policy: General and Special” will be discussed at the conference,” informed in the press service.
