Penza, 15 May 2012. PenzaNews. Open competition for the contracts of land lots lease for beaches for a one-year period was announced by Penza administration for the first time in 2012.

“There are 6 lots: beaches in Pavlushkin, Lyadov, Antonov, Splavnaya streets, near state farm-college and Arbekovo ponds,” reported the administration press service.

Thus the businessmen, who will lease beaches, will have to organize sanitary cleaning of bank territory, collecting and export of solid waste, cutting down young growth and grass mowing.

“There should be benches, no less than 10 ballot boxes, changing rooms, toilets, barriers, information displays and warning signs at the beaches. Before the beginning of a swimming season it is necessary to hold acarid and sanitary-and-epidemiologic processing of the beaches green zone. There should be no less than 50 cubic meters of clean alluvial sand there,” emphasized in the press service.

In addition, volleyball sites, playgrounds with the game equipment, sports grounds and attractions should be organized at the beaches.

“There should also be a parking lot for cars, telephones, medical and rescue posts at the beach,” added in the administration.

Small-scale trade, summer cafes, hire of chaise lounges, umbrellas, sports stock, water attractions, etc. will be allowed at the beaches with hard surface platforms.

“If all necessary requirements are complied and the beach is kept in a proper condition, the city administration will consider land leasing extension for another year,” the press service concluded.
