Penza, 18 May 2012. PenzaNews. Mayor Ivan Belozertsev held an exit meeting devoted to estimation of major maintenance of a house No. 88 in Moskovskaya street in Penza on Friday, May 18.

According to the municipal duma press service, the residents appealed to the head of the city for assistance in defects elimination after major repairs of the house.

According to its residents, screed coat of walls was not completed and the house began to crack, the roof still leaks, wallpapers come unstuck and insects breed because of dampness.

The mayor in detail examined all problem sites of the residential house, including a cellar and consulted with experts concerning urgent measures necessary to solve the problems.

Ivan Belozertsev ordered to urgently eliminate all the defects and declared that he will personally supervise the process.
