Penza, 18 May 2012. PenzaNews. Councils of residents with protocols registration were created in 227 apartment houses of Penza as of May 17.

According to LLC General Management Company (“Generalnaya upravlyayushchaya kompaniya,” GUK), in accordance with Housing Code all apartment houses should do it by July 1, 2012.

“The councils of houses which are chosen legally have certain rights. If residents have such representatives, they will be able to supervise quality and amounts of works done in their house and plan necessary repairs,” explained in GUK.

Council of the house is chosen at general meeting of the owners.
