Penza, 21 May 2012. PenzaNews. Poplars started blossoming in Penza. According to experts, the trees usually bloom in the end of May and in the beginning of June, however, this year blossoming has started a week earlier because of the hot weather.

Physicians recommend people suffering from allergy, not to visit places of poplars congestion, keep the windows closed and do wet cleaning more often during this period.

Poplar fluff is not an allergen, but it transports different substances, such as dust and pollen of blossoming plants, which irritate the mucous membrane.
