Penza, 31 May 2012. PenzaNews. Penza regional Association of Business Incubators together with Department of Innovative Policy and Special Projects of the government of the Penza region with assistance of the regional office of Russian Engineering Academy announced the start of the annual regional competition “Engineer Innovator of the Year.”

“The competition aims to stimulate interest of youth in scientific and technical creation, to promote intellectual achievements of engineers of the Penza region, to draw attention to the problems of highly-skilled engineering personnel training in the region, to increase innovation activity of engineers involved into the research and production processes,” reported in the press service of the regional government.

Specialists occupied with engineering activity or holding engineering positions at their principal place of employment at different enterprises, organizations and establishments of various patterns of ownership.

“Documents are accepted from June 5 till June 19, 2012,” informed in the press service.
