Penza, 4 June 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza Region Vasily Bochkarev ordered to fire all the officials who use computers for their personal purposes at work. The corresponding statement was made by the head of the region during the briefing on Monday, June 4.

Vasily Bochkarev asked the head of the governor’s office staff and the regional government Victor Rubtsov if the employee who had spent most of his working hours surfing websites with pornographic content had been dismissed. The governor also suggested that this was not an isolated incident.

“We will deal with those who use work computers for other purposes or spend time on cell phones solving personal problems and we will bring discipline,” the governor said.
