According to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation, there are 11 juvenile drug addicts in the Penza region.
Nobody at the meeting could answer the question of the governor who these young people are and where they study.
“You have to know each of them in person to carry out individual work. Measures should be taken by Federal Drug Control Service, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and Social Development,” the governor said.
“If this were your child or grandchild, you would immediately have begun to take action,” added Vasily Bochkarev.
According to the regional Ministry of Health and Social Development, today 91% of drug addicts (or a thousand of people) in the Penza region are dependent on desomorphine. Most of them live in Penza and Kuznetsk, some in Serdobsk, Kamenka, Nizhniy Lomov and Bessonovka.
