Penza, 13 June 2012. PenzaNews. Electronic reception, which allows to automate and streamline process of making an appointment at the doctor’s, was introduced in a children’s dental clinic in Penza.

In addition to registration at usual reception desk, now anyone can do it online via the link on the website “Gosuslugi” (Public Services) or on the official website of the clinic under the heading “Appointments.”

To make an appointment to see a doctor, a patient has to choose a certain specialist, date and time and provide information about himself/herself: name, surname, patronymic, year of birth, and number of medical insurance policy.

“Electronic reception, implemented in the health care contributes to the comfort and makes obtainment of medical care easier for people,” said the chief doctor of the city children’s clinic Elena Blaschuk.
