Zarechny, 13 June 2012. PenzaNews. An elk roaming through Zarechny town in the Penza region ended up edging the children out of the sandbox.

According to the newspaper “Zarechye”, the incident took place near the house number 39, Lenin Street.

Basking in the sun in that sandbox, the elk stared calmly at cars driving out of the parking lot and pedestrians who had to bypass the animal at a safe distance.
