Penza, 27 June 2012. PenzaNews. Presumably, 814 residents of the Penza region, 443 of who are child support debtors, will not be able to go abroad because of the outstanding debt according to the executory process.

The Chief Expert of Media Relations of Federal Service of Court Officers of the Russian Federation in the region Ksenia Pivovarova stated that such an enforcement measure as travelling limitations in the summer period stimulates many debtors to repay their existing debt.

“Before planning a trip abroad, it is necessary to specify your status in advance – debtors must repay the due sum in full. The procedure of removing the restrictions usually takes about two weeks from the date of repayment,” pointed out the Chief Expert.

According to Ksenia Pivovarova, to obtain information about the existing debts you can use the service “Data bank of executory processes” on the website of Federal Service of Court Officers of Russia in the Penza region.
“On the website the debtors can also print out a payment receipt,” added the agency interlocutor.
