Penza, 2 July 2012. PenzaNews. Governor of the Penza Region Vasily Bochkarev proposed to establish transparent wall partitions in buildings of ministries of the region.

“Now the majority of officials spend hours sitting in their locked offices, busy with their own affairs,” said the head of the region at the briefing in the government on Monday, July 2.

Vasily Bochkarev believes that if employees watch each other working, then they will work for the benefit of people more actively.

“This idea can become a part of the project “open government,” the Governor said.
