Penza, 2 July 2012. PenzaNews. Three major road junctions will be repaired in Penza in the framework of preparation for the 350th anniversary of the city.

According to First Deputy Head of City Administration Nikolai Volkov, repair works of the interchange in March 8 Street, near Pobeda Blvd and the intersection of Gagarin and Lenin Streets will start this year.

“It wil be done at the expense of savings from maintenance of road network in preparation for the 350th anniversary of Penza. Rosavtodor approved these projects,” said Nikolai Volkov.

Moreover, reconstruction of Moskovskaya Street, “The First Inhabitant” (“Pervoposelenets”) monument and several other cultural sites is planned for the near future.
