Penza, 2 July 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev expressed dissatisfaction about landscaping of the business incubator in Sukhumskaya St. in Ternovka, Penza, ceremonial opening of which was held on June 27.

“The builders completed the facing of the facilities, and I have no questions in this respect. But the territory which is located around the building leaves much to be desired,” noted the Head of the region.

Vasily Bochkarev instructed the Chairman of the Regional Government Yuri Krivov and his deputy Alexander Grishaev to detect what officials had put their signatures, taking over the project.

“They must be detected and together with the contractor enforced to finish what has been started,” the governor stated.
