Penza company paid-off 6 million rubles debt after police distrained cars

Penza, 10 July 2012. PenzaNews. One of Penza organizations paid-off 6 million rubles tax debt after police had distrained some of its cars.

“Under the enforcement proceeding, the organization had to pay 6 million rubles but exceeded the allotted time. Bailiff distrained some of the debtor’s vehicles, including cars Kia, Renault, Hyundai and truck KamAZ,” the Chief Expert of Media Relations of Federal Service of Court Officers of the Russian Federation in the region Ksenia Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She noted that after that the organization promptly transferred the full amount of debt, including the enforcement fee of 7% of the amount of debt.
