Zarechny, 13 July 2012. PenzaNews. The new minibus Volgabus, the product of Volzhsky (Volga) bus factory, was test-driven in Zarechny district of Penza on Friday, July 13.

According to the Director of SSI “Avtotrans” Nikolay Boyko, for two months the residents of the city will evaluate technical characteristics of the new vehicle, after that it will be either purchased or returned to the manufacturer.

“In case of the purchase the price of the new bus is 1,8 million rubles,” clarified the agency interlocutor.

According to Nikolay Boyko, the bus has 30 seats and about 20 people are allowed to ride standing. The body is made of plastic and aluminum parts, the engine is Japanese. The new vehicle meets all standards, including environmental.
