Penza, 23 July 2012. PenzaNews. The head of Penza Ivan Belozertsev held a meeting in a yard of a house No. 15, Marshal Krylov St, on Monday, July 23.

Previously, local residents had sent the deputy a petition about emergency condition of the house and inappropriate state of the adjoining territory. Prior to this, they had appealed to the management company with no result.

The residents explained that during the last sewer repairing it was put out into the water runoff, which in a while got obstructed. Drain water ran under the building and eroded the foundation, causing cracks in the walls; corners of the house began to crumble, and the corridors of the house became stinky.

Ivan Belozertsev called Nickolay Gruntov, the technical director of LLC Gorvodocanal, and ordered to send a maintenance team to fix the situation as soon as possible.

“We shall find the possibility to asphalt paths leading to the entrance, and set up a modern children playground,” ensured Ivan Belozertsev.

After visiting 15, Marshal Krylov St. Ivan Belozertsev headed to Military Settlement No. 188 to inspect the quality of asphalting work performed there at his request. In turn, the local residents thanked the head of the city for his attention to their problems.
