Right before 76th anniversary of establishment of traffic police service the deputy chief of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Vitaly Savka ordered to restore the vehicle,” informed the Inspector of promotion of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region, Pavel Boltyshev.
He also noted that the vehicle produced by Kiev Motorcycle Plant is in good technical condition.
“This bike is one of the few models of the vehicles of the Traffic police of 70–80s, preserved in excellent condition. All it needs is a battery, and you are good to go,” said the agency interlocutor.
