“We propose a new system of ambulatory care, similar to that developed for children. We shall create a single city health center with a network of branches throughout Penza, and a single consultative-diagnostic clinic based on the regional hospital named after N.N. Burdenko, which will consult all residents of the region. With the introduction of online or phone appointment registration we expect to eliminate the lines in 2012,” explained the minister.

Vladimir Stryuchkov noted that the residents of the Penza region should also be aware of the fact that they will have to come to the clinic at the specifically scheduled time.
