Penza, 7 August 2012. PenzaNews. Six private territories located in the recreation area “Health Trail” in Penza lost their private statuses by the order of the court in the past few years. This was announced by the head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov during a press conference on the improvement of the Penza region last Monday, August 6.

“This was not reported before, but we denied of the ownership right six landlords judicially due to legal proofs. We found that the previous administration of Penza violated the law providing these areas. In other cases, we came across the territories given up to constructing purposes long ago, and there is nothing we can do,” pointed the mayor.

“A special commission has proved the condition of “Health Trail” to be satisfactory. It represents a pedestrian network that is interrupted only at “Samovarnik” where private buildings appeared in the 90s. The only problem is that they steal benches, put for the people to have rest,” commented Roman Chernov.
