Penza, 22 August 2012. PenzaNews. 7,699 families with children of the Penza region received 38.7 million rubles from the federal budget in August 2012.

As the press service of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the region told news agency “PenzaNews,” the sum includes monthly payments for children under 1.5 years to the citizens who are not subject to compulsory social insurance and lump sums at birth.

“Moreover, it includes lump sum payments for wives of military men and monthly allowance for the children of soldiers serving by conscription. 783 thousand rubles were transferred to 59 accounts of the recipients,” said the press service.
