Penza, 22 August 2012. PenzaNews. Movement of traffic was hampered in different areas of Penza due to heavy rain, which hit the city on Wednesday night, August 22. Several dozen of car accidents without significant damage occurred in Penza in the morning due to adverse weather conditions and drivers’ inattention. Storm drainage cannot cope with the abundant rain: cars die out in large puddles on the roadway.
