Penza, 14 September 2012. PenzaNews. Special tactical exercises to improve the skills of medical assistance to road accidents victims took place in Serdobsky Central Regional Hospital named after A.I. Nastin on Thursday, September 13.

As the press service of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews,” specialists of Territorial Emergency Medicine Center, heads of Civil Defense and Emergency Response Headquarters, psychologists, ambulance crews as well as the staff of Serdobsky and Kolyshleysky regional hospitals took part in the exercises.

During the exercises, trainees administered medical treatment to the simulation mannequins.
