Penza, 18 September 2012. PenzaNews. Preparation of Penza municipal facilities to the heating season is coming to an end. The Deputy Head of the city administration for municipal housing services Mikhail Panyukhin stated this during a weekly operational meeting at the City Hall.

“Municipal service companies are fully concentrated on this matter right now. Special attention is paid to the preparation of hospitals, kindergartens, schools and other social institutions, for which the heating season traditionally begins earlier,” he said.

Mikhail Panyukhin noted that many municipal service companies have already cleared central heating systems of the buildings, as well as made hydraulic tests and filled tubes with chemically treated water.

According to Mikhail Panyukhin, among the problems the companies face is the lack of staff, as well as unforeseen ruptures in the network during hydraulic tests.

“By the end of September all the difficulties will be resolved, and the city will be ready for the heating season,” the press service of the city administration quotes Mikhail Panyukhin.
