Penza, 18 September 2012. PenzaNews. For the celebration of the 350th anniversary of Penza “Mogilevsky Dvorik” will be established to hold events involving twin-cities. This was stated by the Head of administration Roman Chernov during a meeting with the public and journalists on Tuesday, September 18.

“The third year in a row we welcome the delegation of the Belarusian city Mogilev. We have discussed this idea with the Head of the city, and I hope for their participation in the anniversary of Penza,” Roman Chernov said.

He expects that by this time it will be possible to organize a big fair, which will allow bringing Belarusian products of high quality and affordable prices to Penza.

“We will try to organize such a fair in Mogilev. But so far it’s hard to say what we have to offer. Perhaps it will be a fair of services, not goods,” pointed out the head of administration.
