Representatives of the Penza regional branch of “Association of Lawyers of Russia” summed up the first results of the project, which began on September 8, on providing free judicial assistance to the population in the areas of the region. “For the past two Saturdays judicial assistance was provided to the residents of Kuznetsky, Neverkinsky, Nizhnelomovsky and Spassky areas. It is planned that in three months we will visit another 20 regions,” informed the chairman of the Penza regional branch of “Association of Lawyers of Russia” Gleb Sintsov.

According to him, this project received 676-thousand-ruble-grant from the regional budget as a socially oriented NGO, and proved its worth and importance for the public.

“Despite the fact that originally the project was oriented on socially insecure groups of people, judicial assistance in the areas is provided to everyone. Consultations are carried out by professional, young lawyers and notaries,” Gleb Sintsov noted.

He also noted that free judicial assistance to residents of the Penza region will continue to be provided in two call-centers — in Penza State University, building 9, room No.106, and in the Public Chamber of the region.
