Review of preventive measures taken against Olga Zelenina to take place on September 26

Moscow, 24 September 2012. PenzaNews. The Moscow City Court quashed the decision of Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow to keep in custody until October 15, 2012 the head of the chemical-analytical laboratory of the Penza Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture Olga Zelenina accused of giving false expert opinion to the requests in criminal cases related to food poppy and returned the case file for review.

It is expected that the review of the preventive measures against Olga Zelenina will take place in Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow on Wednesday, September 26. However, until then Olga Zelenina will continue to be detained.
As reported earlier, on Wednesday, August 15, several people (some of them were masked and had weapons) raided the house of the expert Olga Zelenina. Later she was arrested for 48 hours in Lunino, the Penza region.
The whole day the family of Olga Zelenina did not have any information about her location and sent a statement to the police.
On Thursday night, August 16 under guard, Olga Zelenina was taken to Moscow hospital No. 40 with a diagnosis of angina pectoris.
According to preliminary information, the health of the detainee deteriorated after lengthy interrogations that were conducted first in Penza, and then in Moscow.
On Friday, August 17, Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Vladimir Lukin gave a personal surety for Olga Zelenina.
On August 20, Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow granted the request of the investigator of Russian Federal Drug Control Service to take Olga Zelenina into custody and keep there until October 15.
