“Activities related to the training begin early in the morning, end late at night, and are held simultaneously with Humanitarian Forum, which opens on October 4. None of the activities will be disturbed by the other. In turn, I hope that this training will not turn into some kind of acting in response to emergency situation,” Yuri Krivov noted.

He added that the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Semenov will be supervising the training on behalf of the government of the Penza region.

As reported earlier, civil defense training, which includes bringing special equipment into state of readiness and evacuation of population, will take place across the country from 6.00 to 18.00 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of civil defense establishment in Russia, which is celebrated on October 5.
