Penza, 4 October 2012. PenzaNews. Grand opening of the second Russian Humanitarian Forum “Project Province” was held in Penza on Thursday, October 4. According to the Governor’s welcoming speech, one of the main objectives of the forum is to discuss what needs to be done in the province, so that people lived comfortably and their dreams could come true. “After the first forum, we have become a more open government,” Vasily Bochkarev underlined.

It is expected that the forum will be held in several areas, the importance of which was rated by discussion moderators.

Session “Architectural urban planning practice in the cities of Russia” hosted by the chairman of the Penza regional public organization “Union of Architects of Russia” Alexander Breus will dwell on the possible ways of cooperation between city authorities and city planners at the regional level.

Professor from MGIMO, the author of the course “Social communication in post-industrial society” Anton Gumensky will dedicate the two-day session to the correct and effective use of telecommunications.

The Head of the department of new media and communication theory at Moscow State University Ivan Zasursky proposed to discuss transparent system of education, which can be introduced in Russia in the near future.

After the official opening plenary sessions will be held till noon, and in the second half of the day the participants will work in groups.
