Penza, 4 October 2012. PenzaNews. Second Humanitarian Forum “Project Province” taking place in Penza, will give an opportunity to discuss problems and find ideas for the development of provincial cities. This was stated by the Governor Vasily Bochkarev at a press breakfast with representatives of leading local and national media on Thursday, October 4.

“This time many interesting experts, specialists and architects will attend the Forum, and we shall try to find such points of interaction, ideas, thoughts, which would be possible to be implemented. I believe that this event, in the first place, enables us to have a talk, which lays foundation for future deeds,” said the head of the region.

Assessing the results of the first Humanitarian Forum, held in autumn 2011, Vasily Bochkarev noted that numerous ideas were aired there, some of which are already being implemented — business incubator, youth grounds for project discussions, organizing committee for anniversary of M.Lermontov in 2014.

Vasily Bochkarev expressed hope that the second forum will be as eventful, effective and interesting as the first one.
