“Moreover, 75 kindergartens, 64 schools, 11 institutions of additional education, 56 medical institutions, and 40 cultural sites received central heating,” informed the press service of Penza administration.

The City Hall reported that the process of heating startup continues, hydraulic and thermal modes are being adjusted.
