Penza, 16 October 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev suggested the officials proving their aptitude with the board game “Rat Race,” developed by a well-known businessman Robert Kiyosaki. “Simply watching a man, trying to be a leader in this game, one has an opportunity to conclude who this man is. The one who actually has skills of making money will quickly succeed, while the useless manager immediately fails,” pointed the head of the region during the operational meeting in the government of the Penza region on Tuesday, October 16.

According to Vasily Bochkarev, with the help of such board games not only officials can develop entrepreneurial skills, but students as well.
“I think that teenagers can play “Rat Race” as after-school activity. It will be interesting and useful for them,” underlined the head of the region, reminding that the Penza region lacks specialists with professional investment skills.
