Penza, 16 October 2012. PenzaNews. Heating season officially began in Penza on Tuesday, October 16.

According to the press service of the City Hall, the head of Penza administration Roman Chernov signed a corresponding decree.

“Owners of heat supply, housing maintenance companies and organizations which use heat energy resources must complete hydraulic and thermal mode adjustment within 10 days,” clarified the press service.

At City Hall reminded that a test heat run started in Penza on October 1.
