Penza, 16 October 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev expressed his displeasure about the behavior of the head of Penza administration Roman Chernov during operational meeting in the government of the region on Tuesday, October 16.

“Roman, even when I make comments on your work, you sit there all buried in her cell phone. If you are so well knowledgeable about its functions, then you can either change your job to one at a mobile communication store?” suggested the head of the region, disrupting an operational meeting when the question of Penza road network repair was discussed.

Vasily Bochkarev also instructed that the head of Penza administration was not admitted to the operational meetings with cell phone.

“If you cannot part with your communication device, then do not come to the meetings,” concluded the Governor.
