Penza, 19 October 2012. PenzaNews. Lopatinsky area administration, the Penza region announced an open public online auction for a state contract for the supply of an off-roader.

According to the tender documents, available on the state procurement official website since Friday, October 19, the vehicle must be new, released in 2012, “black metallic” by color.

In addition, according to technical documentation, the off-roader should have a gasoline engine of two liters, manual transmission, electric power steering, front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, window lock and rear door locks from the accidental opening by the children.

The documentation also contains the following requirements to the appearance of the vehicle: chrome gitter, front and rear mudguards, windshield washers of high pressure, and side mirrors with electric actuator and heating.

Interior of the vehicle must be equipped with climate control, onboard computer, heated front seats, audio system and four speakers.

Starting price of the contract is 1,022 thousand rubles.

Delivery dates should not exceed 20 days from the date of execution of the municipal contract. The public auction is scheduled for November 6.
