Penza, 23 October 2012. PenzaNews. Action with the slogan “No Cigarettes” dedicated to the World No Tobacco Day will be held in Penza on November18.

“The residents of Penza are to choose the format of the upcoming event. This can be either picketing of the places where cigarettes are sold to minors, a mass race, flash mob in the streets or exchange of a pack of cigarettes for one swimming-pool membership card,” reported in the regional sport committee.

Currently the official website of the department opened a voting for the format of the action. As of 13:00 Tuesday, October 23, 11 people voted in favor of a mass sports and recreational holiday, two residents of Penza supported the idea of exchanging cigarettes to the opportunity to visit the swimming-pool, and one person voted for a flash mob.
