Association of foster parents established in Vadinsky area

Vadinsk, 23 October 2012. PenzaNews. The association of foster parents was established on the territory of Tatar Laka village council, Vadinsky area, the Penza region.
According to the area administration, Valentina Atkina was elected a chairman of the association due to great experience in foster care.
“In 2006, she was the first in Vadinsky area who took the child from the children’s home. Later, many co-villagers followed her good example. As a result, Tatar Laka village already has ten foster families which are raising twelve children,” the administration explained.
It is planned that the association of foster parents will help creating the conditions necessary for full and comprehensive development and education of foster children, as well as contributing to positive public opinion about adoption.
