Penza, 31 October 2012. PenzaNews. The minimum degree of corruption risk and availability of information about competition procedures in the allocation of public funds to support socially oriented nonprofit organizations are registered in the Penza region on the results of monitoring carried out by the Russian Centre of Research and Initiative Transparency International.

According to the website of this organization, the subject of the analysis was the transparency of the competition process, as a result of which 600 million rubles, allocated by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia to support socially oriented nonprofit organizations, were distributed.

“The study notes that the official website of the Government of the Penza region had all the relevant information about the beginning of the competition, the list of documents and the results indicating the amount of allocated funds,” reported the press service of the regional government.

Meanwhile, the information about the competition results is published on the official websites in 41 out of 49 regions of Russia, where it has been completed. In four regions, no information is offered, and three regions limited the information by a simple reference to the contest without any results.
