Penza, 7 November 2012. PenzaNews. One more temperature record registered in Penza on Tuesday, November 6, when the air warmed up to 13C above zero.

According to the weather forecasters, abnormally high temperature is observed in the European part of Russia, where in some cities the average daily temperature exceeds the norm by 8–10C.

According to news agency “Meteonovosti,” the following cities stand out with temperature records — Smolensk (+11,1C), Vladimir (+9,5C), Tula (+10,9C), Ryazan (+10,8C), Orel (+12,1C), Yelets (+1,6C), and Tambov (+13,3C).
