Penza, 15 November 2012. PenzaNews. One-third of Penza public transport will be renewed by the end of the current year. This was announced by the head of the City Transport Department Igor Norkin at the meeting of the City Duma committee on socio-economic development, industry, transport, communications and business on Wednesday, November 14.

“In November and December municipal unitary enterprise “Penza Passenger Transport” is expected to receive 32 large buses and two trolleybuses,” he clarified.

According to Igor Norkin, currently 110 units of transport of this enterprise operate in the city.

The head of Transport of Penza also stressed that the main advantage of the new trolleybuses and buses is increased passenger comfort and relatively low maintenance cost.
