Nikolsk, 5 December 2012. PenzaNews. A ceremony of presentation of keys to six new apartments to the children without parental care and orphans was held in Nikolsky area, the Penza region.

First Deputy Head of Administration Konstantin Timofeev attended the event. He congratulated the young people on receiving the new accommodation and wished them success in their careers and personal lives.
