Penza, 11 December 2012. PenzaNews. 499 large families of the Penza region have improved their living conditions since the beginning of 2012.

“48,3 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget in order to provide social benefits to 520 families within the sub-program “Social support for large families for living conditions improvement in 2011–2015.” So far 42 million rubles have been drawn,” informed the head of the housing programs of the regional Ministry of Health Alexander Veldin.

He noted that other 21 large families are planning to issue a certificate of housing ownership by the end of December.

“The participants of the program may be young families, government employees, specialists working in rural areas, orphans and large families. In late November, the program was changed in terms of giving priority in social support to the families with three or more children,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Health quoted Alexander Veldin.
