The deputy chairman of the regional government Valery Savin sent a claim to the prosecutor’s office with a request to verify the statements of the regional coordinator of the Left Front Sergei Padalkin about the President of Russia. This was announced by the representative of the opposition on Twitter on Wednesday, December 12.

“He also set the military enlistment against me. He requires that I am taken to the army. And who should we set against Valery Savin? To begin with I am going to tell about him at the meeting on December 15,” Sergei Padalkin wrote.

News agency PenzaNews has no information yet concerning any comment of officials or Sergei Padalkin himself, who is currently not available for communication with the press. He was summoned to the police office for interrogation.
